Central PA ASHRAE (the chapter) utilizes PayPal for credit, debit and PayPal transactions and the chapter does not retain the information that PayPal requests to process the payment.

Typically, the expenses for chapter meetings are based on a per person rate. Because of this the chapter will refund the cost of the program only if a reservation(s) is canceled before the RSVP deadline (December 3rd).
