If you are registering one person, continue to the form below, fill in the required fields, set the field "Number of Guests" to zero and submit the information.
If you are registering more than one person, fill out the form below with your information. Enter the number of guests in the correct field. In the additional information field, enter the names of your guests, and their membership status (i.e. chapter member, non-chapter member, retired, student).
For payment by cash or check, please bring the cash/check to the meeting and the chapter Treasurer will collect it when you sign in.
For pre-payment by credit card, debit card or pay pal, follow the link in the confirmation window that appear after you submit the registration information. If you miss the confirmation window go to the Pre-payment Page.
