Meeting Registration for Central PA ASHRAE

Registration Instructions:

If you are registering one person, continue to the form below, fill in the required fields, set the field "Number of Guests" to zero and submit the information.

If you are registering more than one person, fill out the form below with your information. Enter the number of guests in the correct field. In the additional information field, enter the names of your guests, and their membership status (i.e. chapter member, non-chapter member, retired, student).

Payment Instructions:

For payment by cash or check, please bring the cash/check to the meeting and the chapter Treasurer will collect it when you sign in.

For pre-payment by credit card, debit card or pay pal, scroll to the bottom of this page, or follow the link in the confirmation window that appears after you submit the registration information.

Central PA ASHRAE (the chapter) utilizes PayPal for credit, debit and paypal transactions and the chapter does not retain the information that PayPal requests to process the payment.

Refund Policy:

Typically, the expenses for chapter meetings are based on a per person rate. Because of this, the chapter will refund the cost of the program only if a reservation(s) is canceled before the RSVP deadline (March 12th).
